Volunteer Agreement Form VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
Anyone wanting to or plan to volunteer working with small groups of students away from teacher supervision (therapy dog volunteer, picture day volunteers, etc.) or individuals that are chaperones for field trips will need to fill out an agreement form before the event.Each Year
