Thank you for your interest in the facilities at the School District of Crandon. Our school buildings and school grounds are available to community organizations and businesses as long as events do not conflict with educational programs and activities of the district.

Online Reservations
Use Our Online Reservation System to Reserve Facilities!

- Step 2: Wait for your approval email
- Step 3: Once approved as a requester, you'll log in to your account to place Facilities requests.
- Step 4: Wait for an email of approval/denial of your facility request. To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab.
- Step 5: When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester. Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.
Note: Upon request, the requester must present a Certificate of Insurance or other evidence of ability to fulfill such indemnity.
Please enter all information required. After submitting your request, you will be contacted by Facility Services to finalize the process of your request. Please allow at least 7 days for processing. Please understand you are requesting the space, not reserving the space. Do not advertise the location until you have received a contract from Facility Services.
Requests should be made at least 14 days prior to your event.
